Ohio’s cheese makers will have an opportunity to learn from one of the masters on April 14 when French Cheese Specialist, Patrick Anglade, visits Ohio. Those participating in this informative class will have an opportunity to ask questions and share samples of their products. This class will be intimate, casual and conversational.

 Lunch: Please bring a dish that can be shared with ten people.

 Suggestions: bring a cheese that you would like to be critiqued, bring questions, etc. Schedule permitting Patrick will make two cheeses during the class.

Innovative Farmers of Ohio is dedicated to promoting an agriculture that preserves and strengthens the economic, social and environmental well-being of Ohio’s farms, farm families, and rural communities. The mission of the Ohio Sheep Milk and Cheese Initiative is to promote and support sheep dairying in Ohio and to explore opportunities for value added processing of sheep milk into distinctive, local artisan cheeses.
